July 2023 Events

Your July 2023 events have arrived! Saddle up the kiddos in the car and get to planning. Or escape with friends to one of the more adult oriented events on the list. Either way, enjoy your July and don’t forget to put on some sunscreen! Let’s get into the July 2023 events list!

BBQ Brews & Bluegrass Festival July 8th

West Oaks Farm Market in Winchester, VA is hosting a July 4th after party of sorts! BBQ, Brews, and Bluegrass Festival kicks off July 8th from noon to 5 p.m. Beer tasting will be from noon to 4 p.m. with over 30 vendors to sample. The musical entertainment schedule is: 12 p.m.-2 p.m.: Chris Huntt Jr. and 2 p.m. – 5 p.m.: Flatt Broke Band. You can bring the family to this one of go with friends and enjoy axe throwing, hayrides, a bounce house, barrel train, a mechanical bull, and more.

Nurses Night @ Brix 27 July 11th

Join Brix 27 as they celebrate the medical community! On the second Tuesday of every month (this month July 11th), Brix hosts a Nurses Night at Brix 27. Free a

pps for every table and you will be entered to win 3 wines. You can also join their private invite list here for details on each monthly event.

Kitten Adoption Event July 15th

Fierce Love Rescue is holding an all you can cuddle kitten extravaganza! Or we can just call it an adoption fair at Winchester Pet and Aquarium July 15th from 2 p.m. – 5 p.m. The fair will have approximately 30 kittens that are looking for their FURever home. Complete an application for adoption prior to visiting the event. Your application will be vetted and then you can adopt! Click here to see the process and forms needed.

Christmas in July, July 22nd

Visit the Downtown Charles Town shops as they prepare for Christmas In July on July 22nd! This event is family friendly, but will require some walking. The shops of Downtown will open there doors with specials, and guest appearances from Santa (in his summer clothes of course) at Needful Things Emporium. Shop till you drop from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Kids Community Fun Day July 22nd

The Bedington Ruritan Club will be hosting a Kids Community Fun Day on July 22nd from 12 p.m. – 6 p.m. The kids can enjoy a bounce house, book mobile, face painting, balloon artist, goodie bags, raffles give aways, and more. The first 10 kids to the event will receive a free book valued at $15 or under from the Graciously Giving Foundation.
