Spring Events around The Eastern Panhandle

Mark your calendars! There are plenty of spring events to keep you and the family entertained in the upcoming months.

One Night of Queen

First up on the spring events list is One Night of Queen, held on April 7th at 8p.m. @ Charles Town Races -Charles Town, WV Come out and enjoy this 2-hour event of Gary Mullen & The Works performing the music of Queen. Gary Mullen & The Works perform all around the world. Don’t miss out! Get your tickets on the casino’s entertainment page.

Shepherdstown Easter Market

April 8th 12p.m.-6p.m. @ The War Memorial Building in Shepherdstown, WV. The market will feature 19 local artisans. Offering you the opportunity to support local businesses by purchasing  baked goods, jewelry, artwork, pottery, candles, glasswork, books, and the list goes on! In addition to local artisans, the 2nd annual Easter Parade will be taking place as well. Bring the family out for this fun filled spring event!

Shepherdstown Small Business Crawl

April 8th 11a.m.-5p.m. @ The War Memorial Building in Shepherdstown, WV.  This event offers the chance to win door prizes that are made from Shepherdstown local businesses. They have advised that to win a door prize you must pick up a “passport” at The War Memorial Building once you’ve arrived. You must visit at least 6 of the small businesses to get signed to be eligible to win. Visit the Facebook event page to get a list of the participating businesses to know which ones you will need to visit.

Dirty Boots Country Fest 2023

April 15th 12p.m.-8p.m. @ Williamsport Redman’s Club in Williamsport, MD. This event will have plenty of fun! Music, food trucks, alcohol, line dancing… all kinds of good entertainment. Be sure to grab your boots and enjoy! Visit this link in order to go ahead and get your ticket.

24th Annual Strawberry Festival

FUN ALERT! The 24th Annual Strawberry Festival will be on May 6th 9a.m.-2p.m. in Williamsport, MD. This event offers crafts, music, children’s activities, and delicious strawberry desserts. This will be a great spring event to attend!

Blue Ridge Arts & Crafts Festival 

May 6th Beginning at 11a.m. @ Sam Michaels Park in Harpers Ferry, WV. This will be a free admission advent. There will be 65 Blue Ridge artisans selling handcrafted items. In addition to handcrafted items there will be live music and food trucks serving up deliciousness. See the Facebook event page to get a complete list of all the vendors and food trucks.
