The February 2024 Market Report has arrived and just in time for nice warm weather – maybe the weather is warning up the market as well! What has your market been up to? The Breakdown
For the month of February, things ramped up for all three Counties to some degree. Berkeley and Morgan Counties saw a decrease in days on market. Berkeley lost about 20 days while Mogan saw a drop of 7 days. Jefferson County gained days from 34 to the current 51 days.
All Counties experienced a spike in average sale price. Both Morgan and Berkley broke into the $300,000 range while Jefferson crested into the $400,000 range. Jefferson and Morgan sales prices increased over 10% from year to year.
Jefferson and Morgan saw more homes sold while Berkeley dropped a bit. With more homes sold, the total sold volume was higher than last month at a collective $68,905,940. This month the total sold volume was $101,648,301.
