Welcome to the March 2023 Market Report
The close of another Winter season poses a lot of questions: Will they do away with Daylight Savings Time finally? How hot will this coming summer be? Will the real estate market pick back up? That is the real question as we get into the March 2023 Market Report. Follow ERA Liberty’s blog for monthly updates on Berkeley, Jefferson, and Morgan Counties. The average days on market (DOM) for Berkeley and Jefferson Counties were very close last month. The same can be said about the asking price received for all three counties. Additionally, the units of homes sold were very far apart for all three counties as well. However, Morgan County always sees less movement in the real estate market. The average sold price was nearly a $100,000 difference between Berkeley and Jefferson. The Morgan County average sold price was very close to the Berkeley County sold price. Lastly, year over year (YOY) Morgan County is seeing the best numbers with positive change in all of the infographic fields.
