Everyone will try and give you home advice when you are trying to sell or purchase a home. There are tons of things that you have to do prior to selling a home: painting a room and replacing appliances for that updated look to adding in some nice and luscious bushes outside to enhance your curb appeal to potential buyers. You want to put your home's best foot forward because you only get one first impression!
*Remember, sometimes you can hurl loads of money into your home to get it fixed up, and that's okay. Do what you have the means to do!
There can also be a laundry list of things to do to a new home that you just purchased. Some great home advice from agent to buyer: make note of items that need your attention of mark them separately within the home inspection report (if you get one). Mark which items are higher a priority then do them in that order. Take your time, and make sure the renovations, projects, or updating is done right the Frist time! There will probably be some hick-ups along the way, but take it as a learning experience and correct for the next time. If you feel the job is over your head, contact a contractor or professional in that field. Not everything can be a DIY.
